goodness if we hire Elliott then we really did learn nothing from the Pruitt tenure. Another coordinator with no experience at a program that wasn't already on top. Please be Franklin or an established HC.

I would prefer a top HC too, but coordinators are successful all of the time. You just have to have a competent AD who hires the correct one, which I believe we do. I would rather have Elliott than someone like Dykes or maybe even Chadwell.
