Not gonna lie... As Hank takes go... They ain't all bad this morning...
One caveat... Pruitt was/is considered a great defensive coach. There was no real buzz about him as a HC candidate, except the interview at MSU. Elliott is widely regarded as a very good HC candidate.
Carry on...
I still go with plowman's statement on HC experience. If Elliott is the floor... Fine. We've had much lower floors before lol
Fleck is a cornball...he is also a good coach. He is also not a slimy snake oil salesman like Botch.I read some articles and watched some videos on him today...... it had me wanting to row the boat..... his offense is unique..... it can control the clock and is one of the tops in the nation ion explosive plays.
From that was said by White at the Presser about hiring an experienced head coach he would lose a ton of credibility as the new AD if he goes the other way and hires another coordinator. That's a huge risk.
Why do you say there's no shot? Do you think White would engage in a pointless exercise when he wants to move quickly? Also, Feldman was mentioned as one of the media people to listen to about the potential hire. Elliott may very well be our next coach.Hubbs, Thamel, Feldman and other national writers have confirmed Danny reached out. Theres no shot he becomes our coach but people who advocated for Doug Marrone to be our HC think he would be good.
