Correct, but think the top choices may have said no thanks. Elliott keeps popping up and he's been confirmed as a guy that's been contacted.

I personally wouldn't mind. He's been apart of the Clemson machine during it's rise and we know Dabo can't coach, so I'm sure he's carried some weight there.

Also, hearing “top choices may have said no” is going to be super frustrating when I know damned well we could have Kiffin or Freeze here in time for Sunday School tomorrow.

I don't know anything, so that's me guessing.

We were never gonna hire either though. Also, I forgot this, but AV hates Kiffin. Said he's a horrible person.

The Elliott speculation is from Danny almost hiring him at UCF after Frost left. Ultimately Heupel for the job but he was impressed with Elliott.

Take everything from “boosters” or “insiders” at this time with a major grain of salt. Big Dan White isn’t leaking info.

Yes sir. Been a while, there were some really cool places and a few “questionable” but all in all cool place. Some great fishing charters. This was 13 years ago so I’m sure a lot ha changed.

Hubbs said Tony Elliott has been contacted.

Price says he thinks White is going after “a whale” and they’re doing groundwork on Elliott in case that doesn’t work
