Gilbert’s name has been brought up by a lot of people makes me think he’s the guy at AD and I don’t think it was a coincidence he was in town visiting his kid over the weekend. I also think feelers for potential coaches have gone on behind the scenes. You don’t hire Steele to potentially be a interim coach if you don’t think a coaching change will be made.

How is the team dealing with this?

I have spoke to some people tonight and obviously emotions are running high. The staff is really focused on trying to keep as many kids out of the portal as possible and I’m told efforts are going well.
