Kiffin gets a lot out of his players, and he runs a fun offense. I like him. But he's not known for integrity and virtue.

Plowman would be crucified if she brings in Kiffin. When you plant the UT flag on the moral high ground, you have to defend it against scallawags and do-badders. This is not Bama. We're not Second Chance U.

I will say this about Kiffin. I believe that USC was under the microscope while he was there and I am not aware of any additional trouble they got into because of him.

SC is quite good at under-the-rug sweeping. I hear a lot more about SC than I would like. Kiffin has definitely matured... but still.

The players are emotional today and will be this week, but they will calm down and things will settle. Yes, we may lose one or two, but we may pick up one or two when the new coach is announced.

Plowman and Co doing what they did and cleaning house will help our fate with the NCAA... they are watching, and make no mistake every word she/they said today was calculated to appease the NCAA...

I believe we will have a new AD by the end of the week or sooner, that's an easy task.

Everyone freakin chill on the Steele gonna be the head coach spaz.... He came in a signed a lengthy contract... wording probably had interim and agreement to be DC if things fell into place. AFTER READING TODAY THAT WE NOW HAVE PEYTON AND NEW F-U MONEY ON BOARD, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SETTLE FOR STEELE.

Unfortunately the one thing I agree on is that even though the best way for us to get back on top is Freeze or even Kiffin, I think they are off the table. Hopefully we follow through and spend the big bucks FINALLY for an established coach. No buyout means MO MONEY to throw ....

New coach by middle of next week. ----- I personally hope Steele stays as DC, we could do much worse... add Garner and we rockin.... Just get Wienke's ass outa town.
