Some possible dominoes falling with DC's that affect us per Chip Brown at 247.

If Pete Golding leaves Bama for Texas, it will only be because Saban is able to pull Dan Lanning from UGA.

If Dan Lanning leaves UGA, Kirby will hire Will Muschamp, whose son is a walk-on for UGA.

Note that none of these involve Pruitt, but that could be because everyone is worried that even if he gets canned at Tennessee, he will have a show cause order hanging over him.

Stoerner Fumbles may actually may be right..it would not shock me for Boyd and Plowman to be that stupid and shortsighted.

I guess they wanna have a bunch of choirboys for coaches and players...get ready to suck forever if that is really true.

Both of these are quoted from the article. There is no way that's all there is to it. Just dumb, stupid, dumb.

"The football team held a paintball game for players in May 2019 and eight recruits participated in the event. The game equipment and “battlefield” were supplied by an outside company making it a “special addition” to the UT facilities according to recruiting rules."

"In another incident football staff members attended an off-campus meal with recruits during an unofficial visit. The staff were not permitted to participate in any recruiting activities for a period of 14 days following the violation."

Yes, Charleston Southern was put on probation, scholarship limits, and had wins vacated.

No, these weren’t Chadwells fault.

The issues came when scholarship athletes (not just football) used some of their books stipends money from the NCAA on other items in the official bookstore. They didn’t even go spend any extra money wildly. They literally spent it at the bookstore.
