Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) joined a growing movement of Republicans Wednesday calling on Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) to resign as the House Republican Conference chair.

“I’m calling for @RepLizCheney to step down as Chairwoman of the House Republican Conference,” Greene said in a statement Wednesday. “She doesn’t represent Republican voters by supporting this political witch-hunt impeachment of President Trump. She is not connected to the base and is voting for a hurtful lie.”

Greene’s call for Cheney to resign follows as Reps. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ) urged Cheney to step down for supporting the impeachment of Trump.

“When Representative Cheney came out for impeachment today, she failed to consult with the Conference, failed to abide by the spirit of the rules of the Republican Conference, and ignored the preferences of Republican voters,” Rosendale said in a statement Tuesday.

The QANON nutcase? Between that and the fact she has about 3 days experience in the House. I think she’d be better off just to sit and listen. Liz Cheney has forgotten more than that twit understands about these proceedings.

I get extremely amused at this line of thinking as that was the main line the Republican reps were using this morning. “This will do nothing to help the healing.” Please. I guess the Democrats should be the bigger people since they now have control and I am hoping they move on after the inauguration. HOWEVER, I find it disingenuous and extremely hypocritical for ANY Republican or Trump to say ANYTHING about “healing and uniting”. You think Trump tried to unite this country? Spare me. Republicans and particularly Trump have done nothing but divide for 4 years now and you know what they say about payback, right? I think Biden will try to heal the divide as things go along but not until the Democrats exact 5 lbs of flesh (not just one) from the Republicans for their antics and especially for the election fraud farce. Just the way it is. Doesn’t matter if anybody likes it or not.

I hope Biden doesn’t tell people to do something like inject bleach. According to Dems and MSM people aren’t smart enough to make decisions on their own.

I have said from the start I will not unite and heal with you people, you all disgust me. Trump made the country better for just about everyone. No one divide us more than your hero barry. The corrupt dementia patient says he wants to heal then 2 seconds later calls us terrorists. He will give lip service to the healing crap but he will continue to be divisive and hate us and want to punish us. I want him to fail. I want all of you to fail.
