when all of you are on here today debating potential replacements as who is good, who is bad, who is washed up, who can recruit, who can't... "Nooooo I don't THAT guy!?"................... just try and concentrate and think back to GA, KY, AU, ARK, FL......... concentrate on the coaching during those games and what went right, what went wrong, who played, who didn't, how the game was managed and the adjustments that were clearly never made at the half on every game..... there, you see it now? Don't forget to get a quick whiff of who's transferring and in the portal... Let that nausea sink in a bit, and then go back and look at who is emerging as possible candidates...

There, now look at them with a fresh perspective... sure, not a lot of instant home runs, but do you want another season of what I just reminded you of?

I think the answers to those 2 questions are different.

Coastal just had a strong run as well. At some point he’s going to get a big job. Do we really want to be sitting here saying yea that could be us, again?

Whatever money it takes, bring Kiffin back. Doesn’t matter about appearances or anything. We are already a joke in the media. Bring him in. He will recruit as good as anyone we can bring here. His offensive scheme is as good as anyone we can bring in. Kick Fulmer out too if he interjects. He isn’t an AD anyways. We are literally about to turn into Nebraska. It’s desperation time.

It's a crap shoot, there is no sure fire thing out there. We could hire any of the coaches mentioned and be right here 3 years from now. I just hope whoever the get next their contract is incentive based and less guaranteed. I'm cool with Chadwell as long as we don't over pay to get him, I would offer him 2 mil a year with a good incentive package

Based on a poll in the FF, if this board is a good sample of the larger fanbase, then almost 80% would agree with Freeze.

I doubt it is that high for any other candidate, but we won’t do it.

How much of the Chancellor's time each day would you guess this investigation is occupying? Is she actively engaged or just being informed on status and anticipated completion?

While I have never been involved in universities, I have led investigations within government agencies. We do not let out any indications on findings or audit results until we have concluded our review and conducted an out brief meeting with the agency being audited or investigated. The only indication of findings that is given to the one being investigated is by the line of questioning and requests for information we submit. Following the out-brief meeting, we provide a draft audit report and allow them to respond, reconcile findings, and propose corrective action.

Same thing with Scott Frost, Tom Herman, Mike Norvell, Dino Babers, and it hasn't worked out so far....and these coaches were at much more high level G5 schools. It's a crapshoot.

He comes to work and it hits like matches to Gas your invested on the cheap.
make his extension worth it.

You no longer dump trucks of money at someone’s door just to get them here
