THe Steele talks to me are a bit more worrisome. There are only two logical reasons you talk to him:

1. You want him to be the Head Coach
2. You have decided Jeremy is staying and Ansley is leaving and you are talking to him about being a DC

Sure would be nice to make a damn decision to calm down the players. With this transfer portal crap I imagine the tampering is through the roof.

I imagine our attempts at tampering will fail miserably until there is a decision.


Admin still fascinated with the whole thumb up their butt/holiday break. Really hard to focus for them.

Not in my opinion. Proving you can run a program is more valuable. He can always say he’d adapt his offense to the talent on the team. Only the super stubborn coaches out there never change and it usually leads to their downfall. Like Gustavo. Like Butch.

So proving you’re a winner as a HC improves your resumé more than proving your offensive scheme works in a specific conference.
