Yea that’s good and they won TOP. But those are the kind of stats we have been saying are outdated around here.
The Majority around here have been saying that we need a modern spread it out throw it around style here now. That’s not chadwells style at all.
His stats compare very favorably to what urban Meyer did at Utah and Bowling Green..... They are pretty even between run and pass..... They averaged almost 450 yards per game and over 37 points per game.

I see a lot of people are acting as if Chadwell runs the triple option. That’s not really close to what they do. Not going to unless he’s hired but if he is........ be ready gonna have to bust out the old overhead projector.

Exactly. There Freshman QB has thrown 26 tds this year to 3ints. This offense passes the pigskin guys. It’s nothing like ga tech, army, navy stuff

Y’all don’t understand the timing. Fulmer has to wait for the semester to start and the get the first week or so of classes done so players will be less likely to transfer and have the opportunity to at least meet a new coach.... if he concluded this a week ago then there would be lots of players leave in time to enroll in a new school for Spring semester
Not if you fire and hire. Plus many are already gone now.

If chadwell is hired I see the entire offensive staff other than maybe graham being cleaned out.
That is a terrible decision. Pruitt needs another year at that point. We're going through all this to hire mid major again.

We'll be right here in 4 years again.

Pros/Cons of hiring Chadwell:

Pros:
• Tennessee fan growing up and from East Tenn
•winner everywhere he has been
•potential game changing offense
•built winning culture every stop he’s made
•really young for a head coach
•high risk high reward

•Cons:
•has never coached in a P5 conference
•?’s about recruiting ability
•Offense will need adjusting if it were to work in SEC
•high risk high reward

We could easily pull Chadwell here for cheap, and only way he could workout well is if we invest in a good coaching staff for him. He is very high risk/reward.

1. That’s if Chadwell is hired.
2. Why would you not want the next coach (or even Pruitt) to be forced to keep/hire assistants that they aren’t 100% comfortable with recruiting, teaching, and personality. Fit and cohesion is far more important. We have little to none of that now... which is why we’re 3-7.
