Since 07, how many head coaches here have posted a winning record in a single SEC season? Answer is one. Jeremy Pruitt. The guy can win here.

UHH Butch did. So...2 out of 3 coaches that were here more than 1 season? Dooley the outlier (DOOLEY lol). Wow what an accomplishment. What a bar to set. Anyone can do it (except a losing La Tech coach).

Pruitt also has the WORST scoring margin in modern UT history. Set a record of most consecutive blowout losses. He's pathetic. There's never been a UT coach to be outscored 3 seasons into his career. Awful.

He has to adapt his offense. People have caught up to it. But he would be solid if he could learn from his past mistakes. I feel confident we would never miss a bowl game with him.

I agree with this but also don’t think that he ever had a really good QB while at auburn. They were serviceable but nothing more

Yeah...he is on my blech list with Marrone, Mehlzahn and Fisher, but considering what he did at PSU it kind of makes me think. He did a great job stabilizing that mess...I don't see how you can argue with that..I just don't know if he would be any more than that.

I honestly don't think any of the dudes they are going to be able to claim off the clearance rack are up to fixing the mess this already is, and it is getting worse every hour.

We are absolutely ******, and not in the good fun hot chick way...the Shawshank Redemption way..

Gus would be a great hire to stabalize the program wi the potential for more if we get a legit dual threat an (salter hopefully).

He would consistently get us to 8-9 wins a year, which would be a welcome sight IMO.

Or we can hire another up and comer and see how that works out...

I was told Friday by someone with a connection to Malzahan family that Gus is planning on sitting out this next year. I know that can change, but this person told me three years ago before it was public that Gus was not leaving Auburn to go to Arkansas and then Arkansas ended up with Chad Morris.

Honestly, we're the laughing stock of college football at this point. A few years ago we thought it couldn't get worse, but somehow we keep finding ways to sink deeper. To hire someone that doesn't take a Google search to identify would be a win.

Probably too late, but go to The Chef and I on ninth. It’s my wife and I’s favorite restaurant anywhere. They also have an amazing Sunday brunch if u don’t go tonight.

Chef and I is one of our favorites as well. They did have bottomless mimosas for brunch on Saturdays when we went about a year ago. My wife enjoyed the mimosas and I enjoyed it later.

The problem is no matter who the new coach is, most of you will already hate it simply because it isn’t Freeze. I like Freeze, but he won’t be our coach because of his decisions and his actions, not our “lack of a commitment to winning”

So, it's his offense. Totally dependent on a specific type of QB. Had 8 years to pull it together and never found a QB to make it happen on even close to a consistent basis. Yes that's what we need!

Recorded the B Ball game earlier cause its so much more fun to go through commercials. LOL Great road win for our Vols. The announcers were horrible as usual. Do you guys remember the statement from I am thinking Dykes when he said in the later part of the second half, he said, The Vols won't score 10 points the rest of the game and will not hit 70. Right after he said that Fulky got 2, i think its was scooby got a three right after that. They not only score more than 10 points, they went over the 70 mark but he never said a word about it of course.

Freeze isn’t happening. Gus beat Oregon, Texas A and M and Bama in 2019. That’s an upgrade for us.

He did that with talent bought by much more savvy bagmen than UT has.

They were really highly rated though. Stidham was the #2 dual threat and 38th overall. Nix was #1 dual threat and 33rd overall. Hes signed lots of other 4*s at the position like Sean White, Woody Barrett, Jeremy Johnson. He did nothing with them.
