Problem is we won’t call.

Freeze, Fisher, Chadwell, etc. Any of those guys would take the job but we’ll end up with some nobody and they will say interest just wasn’t there. It’s ridiculous to think that no one but a mid major coach will take this job. That’s a tired BS excuse.

I think the UT administration is looking for apathy before announcing bad news. Using this thread as a gage of fan interest, we are getting close.

Fulkerson is battling a wrist and ankle injury, and maybe more than that. He looks hobbled. Can’t say if Vescovi wasn’t on fire, we lose. You could say for probably 65-75% of games played that if you took a big performance away from the winning team, then they lose.

Disregarding Freeze’s past at OM and Fulmer aside, I’m very interested in the dynamics at UT that would be against Freeze and why?

I can somewhat agree on Chadwell since I think his offense wouldn't produce at a high level in the long term. But Napier? That guy can coach. There is a reason many coaches, analysts, AD's etc believe he is the next in line to be a big time SEC head coach. I say make him a nice offer with a promise to keep boosters and the AD, etc out of meddling. He is going to land a big gig soon in the SEC and I would love for it to be us and not Fla. or LSU.

Dynamics is you can’t fire someone for cause then hire someone else with the same mistakes in their past. I mean hell you can do whatever you want but I don’t see Tennessee doing that.

It’s crazy the lowering standards and those willing to accept coaches that’ll have us back here (minus an investigation) in another 3-4 years.

You got your head so far up Fulmer's butt you can't see how bad both Fulmer and Pruitt are. You came in here out of nowhere, could you please return to wherever that was. Just GO AWAY!
