That’s a hell of a coup for Kelly. Freeman chose ND over LSU. Most people were expecting him to end up in Baton Rouge.

Why can't we make hires like Freeman to ND?......watching other programs make upgrades while we remain stuck in
the mud, spinning our tires, going nowhere but backwards......incredibly frustrating!

to be fair, we did. Getting Jim Chaney back is exactly this sort of success. You might wonder why the offense is not better, but that’s a very different question from the question of whether of not you can have Jim Chaney. These guys make about 1million and they are open to financial influence.

Well, right now we couldn’t get even hire Dooley as OC since there is a hiring freeze. No way a quality coach like this would come to work for Pruitt.

Pruitt should have hired a true DC when he got here.
