Wait, is Wanya really going to enter the portal?? Just checked, and he's not in there as of yet. Doesn't mean he won't enter soon. Is that from a reliable source?

It's this freaking indecision. Kids want to know who their coach is going to be. We start losing guys like Wanya and we're screwed even worse than I thought. **** it. Fire Boyd and Plowman too for allowing this **** to drag on without resolution. Fire Fulmer. Fire Pruitt. Fire the entire AD. I'm ****ing pissed that we might be about to fall completely apart. This is ridiculous. Take your thumbs out of your asses and make a decision and act. How ****ing hard could it be??
Let's all pray for Weezer.....

What's worse than a **** show because that's where we are.? Hell, I'm envious of SCar right now if our good players start transferring.

The point I was making was South Carolina didn’t avoid the **** show by firing willM sooner. If fact they lost their recruiting class, have lost lots of players to transfer and can’t hire a staff.

As of today their method is worse than ours but again let’s wait until this is over to judge how bad or good this situation ends up

Wasn't Wanya that said that, it was DW.

Ah ok. Still, why would anyone other than JG be thinking they're the scapegoat? We had a ton of problems this past season but as fans we were all pretty myopic about the QB position because it was such a high profile problem last season. No one really blamed anyone other than Pruitt, JG, and Chaney.

I’ve got to preface by saying I’ll always respect Fulmer as a VFL legend, but I’m real conflicted on him as AD. Part of me wants him out as AD because I don’t think he has done a very good job so far. On the other hand, part of me feels like Fulmer as AD is actually the most important relationship to capitalize on that ‘22 instate class (not Pruitt). I think Fulmer has a great relationship with the Mays Family, I think the Mays Family has a great relationship with Ty Simpson, and I think Simpson is a huge part of landing that ‘22 instate class.

If Fulmer remains the AD, I’m more than okay with Marrone. I think it needs to be someone that Fulmer is familiar and fits with. Fulmer could also sell Wanya, Wright, and the Mays Bros on Marrone and NFL potential, and I think that sales pitch could carry over from there to that ‘22 class.

If Fulmer is out as AD, I just hope it’s anybody but Gilbert. Coaching wishlist would then be in order... first, the guys that will say thanks, but no thanks: Petersen, Campbell, Stoops, Fickell; the guys that UT will call when hell freezes over: Freeze, Kiffin; then the guys I hope are realistic: Napier, O’Brien, Herman, maybe Fleck.

At this point, Greg Sankey is going to kick us out of the SEC for being this bad.
At this point, we might as well petition a group of 5 conference to let us join. Or hell, maybe we should just move down a division. We've become a joke because the people selected to lead this university don't know what the hell they're doing. And sure, the boosters may play a part, but they only have the power and say that university leadership let's them buy. A good leader knows when to say no. But apparently we have no real leadership.

Friend was one of highest paid OL coaches in country. Chaney makes same as Clemson's OC. Ansley and Tee make $1 a piece.

We just got it wrong, or, he needs another year.

We got it wrong and that's ok because who really expected Pruitt to be a HR under the circumstances? Pruitt can't stay at this point although I think the powers that be (Fulmer, Admin, and boosters alike) are only now catching on to that. Now it's time to move on and put that money towards some new people and don't lie to us and tell us it's not there and don't tie it to you settling a past score with Fulmer {gah they are so childish). Fulmer may well be right that he needed another year but Pruitt never had the credit to go 3-7 in year three. He just never built it up and he's not a guy whose resume says 'you at least gotta give him one more chance.' Fulmer needs to realize he may be right but he's lost that fight (personally I think he's wrong but at this point we are in a situation where we will never know). On the other side, the Haslams need to stop trying to hang 15+ years of their collective incompetence on Fulmer.

BTW, since I've talked about it in here before, my mom has surgery on Monday to remove her breast cancer. They're hoping they've caught it extremely early, and that there's no spread, but my stress levels were at a 10 out of 10 before I even started posting tonight. Catching up on all this bull ****, I've hit about a 15. Is a healthy family and good Tennessee football really too much to ask for? Not like I'm asking for peace on Earth...
