If a move is made, give me Freeze, Napier or Chadwell. Still not convinced Pruitt is ousted though. Fulmer wants him here, along with several key players that Fulmer is backed by. We’ll see.
It's an interesting proposition for Chadwell. Getting the chance to coach a (declined admittedly) blue blood program that he normally wouldn't have the opportunity at due to sanctions. Or take a more stable job at a lower level FBS program next year.

Tell the Haslams Volnation is begging for them to save our football program. Get Pruitt and Fulmer fired...hire a great AD and Freeze, and let’s go win a bunch of games!!
We have been so outplayed. No one needs to bring up the Schianamo ever again because just like the Alamo it’s become a battle we ultimately lost.

Mountains are being made out of ant hills. This ish isn’t even molehill size. If you’re mad at the inaction blame the power brokers. They are the ones that firings and big time hires go through (not Fulmer) and it’s clear they haven’t been ponying up and have only recently started seriously considering firing Pruitt.

I’m all for firing Pruitt but this nice little tie up of Pruitt and Fulmer together is a Haslam power move. Folks are being led by the nose and can’t see that shiny bridle that’s been slid around them with “property of Jimmy” stamped on the side.
Haslam was not happy about being knocked off his perch three years ago.

Got a Jan 6th mail date, nothing. Very sad.

I used Turbo Tax for my taxes. Apparently the Federal government sent many thousands of checks to bank accounts that no longer exist and were only used as temporary pass through accounts for the tax filings. They claim its being fixed. We shall see.

So instead of doing what is best for the program we still have people only wanting the program to be good if they get the credit? We basically have those wanting to keep Pruitt and Fulmer, and they will just blame Covid and the slip up by a player? We have another side that lost some power the last go around doing whatever to get rid of those 2 so they can pick who they want, and they will just blame Pruitt and Fulmer for the bad team, bad handling of Covid and the investigation? Probably pushed the investigation without caring what recruits we lost or the embarrassment as long as they get their way? If I were a coach I would get out as quickly as possible and tell every other coach not to go to Tennessee.Someone tell me why I even care anymore?

Listen to what Basilio reported: There is a guy in the recruiting office who is on the lam and filed off his fingerprints. Keep on running son.

Yep. That’s exactly why this board is talking about Fulmer instead of Pruitt. However if we had any sense at all we’d be talking about why the Haslams and other boosters haven’t done a damn thing. We had Freeze openly begging for the job and AV and others telling us we didn’t have the money to make a move. We were also repeatedly told that the decision wasn’t Fulmer’s to make. And yet now that the fanbase is good and pissed that they didn’t give Fulmer any money or power to make a move they’re going to use the paralysis they caused to cut off his head. And, now that they’ve convinced everyone that Fulmer is to blame we suddenly have money.

What’s going to be funny is reading the reactions to the Schiano they trot out once they’ve gotten rid of Phil and appointed a stool pigeon.

We have a curious tendency to complain a lot about people up the chain (boosters, senior admin people) in the prelude to a coaching search. Meaning in the weeks and months before something is actually done. However, once the search actually starts and things begin to go wrong, we tend to blame whichever figure is the most visible, like the AD.
