If the VQ War Room is accurate, Tee Martin hasn’t been extended an offer to return. Now one could spin that he’s instead being prepped for interim, but it’s odd that you leave him available for other programs.I have no problem with him being on staff, I just don't see him ready to be a head coach. I'm not hating on him, but just because he won a national championship here, does not make him ready to be a head coach.
@Atlanta VOL tell your boy Kirby he's next lol
I played soccer in college. What’s hard to believe? Still know people who know a hell of a lot more about football than almost everyone on here. Ones that made this program great. And I’m not saying trust have a bad relationship. Did I state that? Please quote it.

that is amazing. truly, takes a great athlete to play soccer. one of my best mates was one of those type athletes. drank a 12 pack of miller a day and smoked, then ran 3 miles.I played soccer in college. Not anyone around here though. Lots of bozos on this board are more qualified to lead than the one we have sitting in that AD chair. I’d venture to say half of you haven’t been inside Neyland stadium more than four or five times. But you know more about what’s better for Tennessee athletics than a cat who’s spent half his life dedicated to this university.
Lol. Quoting me saying I said something that I didn’t and trying to divert. And still don’t get the hate on soccer. World Cup gets more views than the Super Bowl over many years. Billions watch the World Cup. Millions watch the Super Bowl. I played QB in flag football when I was a kid, does that get me off the hook that soccer stuck with me as a I grew up? HaBuddy, soccer.
So what’s blinding the ones that want to keep him if indeed that bad?I don’t have a disdain for Phillip. He is a friend (off the field) and was a hell of a football coach and did wonderful things for the program and the university in the hey day. But just because of that doesn’t give him a pass to do the things he has since becoming the AD. PERIOD.
Behind closed doors he has done more damage to the football program since he departed than any single person in the history of the program. If you ask any current coach who has been there since he has been AD in a closed room setting you would be astonished to hear the meddling and the toxic environment he has created. Trust me here...as more and more of this staff leave the more and more dirt will come out publicly about him and it will be a real bad look for him and the university for allowing it to happen.
There is a reason why you have a large conglomerate of very high profile boosters who have demanded him ride off into the sunset...guess we will see what happens.
stop being so dramatic people. he's a former coach. Pruitt is on record saying he's happy foe the help. Why a CHoF head coach, now an AD, who hired a coordinator to big time SEC job, doing what he loves, an indictment?
Is this gonna be settled soon? We're killing ourselves right now. We either need to fire Pruitt or announce he'll be back next year, but this inability to go one way or the other is going to cost us. We need this settled yesterday.Wouldn’t surprise me...they are the dirtiest program right now and have been sloppy.
