He’s trying to save his boy Pruitt. So he is saying fans are a problem and the administration and everyone else other than the real problem, Pruitt. Don’t go 3-7 in year three and get blown out every week. That is what is killing recruiting. And the constant assistant shuffling, which is also because of Pruitt. Lucky for us Ty has major Tennessee influences. As long as we don’t make a terrible hire, he will be a Vol. Napier or Freeze would lock this damn state up.Oh boy AP gone rouge huh?![]()
stop being so dramatic people. he's a former coach. Pruitt is on record saying he's happy foe the help. Why a CHoF head coach, now an AD, who hired a coordinator to big time SEC job, doing what he loves, an indictment?
The shape this program is in we all might be disappointed in the next ire cause so many don't want to come. For me, I am not so tore up about Marrone if he happens to be the one but much rather have Fickell or Napier.I would be extremely underwhelmed, which just makes it more likely to happen. Not sure why so many of you would be happy with a Marrone hire. Guess Vol fans have been conditioned to accept mediocre, or less. Not sure Marrone even rises to the level of mediocre. It would be so disappointing when there are better coaches sitting out there. Coaches that have actual winning records. Marrone would just be a placeholder until the next coaching search in 2-3 years.
So depressing.
No coach is going to say anything about their AD. Even if they hate them. Same as a coach talking about coaches that they fire. They can’t come out and say I hate that guy so I fired him. Same as Pruitt can’t come out and say Fulmer needs to back off and realize he is out of the game.stop being so dramatic people. he's a former coach. Thanks for everything you have done for different folks over the years. I’ve lurked on the board for awhile and it appears you are a great man. With that being said, it appears you have a disdain for Phillip. He’s done more for this great university than you’ll ever do. Every move he makes is for the betterment of the university and our athletics programs.Tip of the iceberg....

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Maybe he tried to do what he thought best. Doesn't make him right that it was for the best. He's human, not a football god. Thanks for everything you have done for different folks over the years. I’ve lurked on the board for awhile and it appears you are a great man.
