One thing regarding fulmer being heavily involved with the interviews this week tells me
He thinks Pruitt is going to survive. Why would he bother with the trouble if he thought the hammer was dropping
Or, he's secretly interviewing the guys for himself when he takes over.

He’s knocking down 4.7 mill a year. Good for fourth highest in the country. He is not the fourth best coach in the country. Not sure he’s even top ten.
Lolol. You're embarrassing yourself. Guess he's just top 50 huh 😭😭

I'm sure a boatload of coaches could come to UT basketball, take a roster of sub-100 recruits, and be #1 in the country for a month and whip Cal's 5*s 🙄

At this point, anything can happen and we should all be preparing ourselves emotionally. @HoleInTheRoof has been prepping VN for every possible outcome. Tonight was for your benefit.

*IIRC, we dissected this post for 6 hours one night. It ended up being a fake but we had to make sure.

I still stand by that text, I was shown it by a very prominent homeless guy from downtown Knoxville.

Dying to see an athlete back there like Dobbs. College Football isn’t hard. Just let the best athlete field the snap, run around until a DB loses track of the receiver and... boom... 20+yard pass downfield or a 15-yard run. We aren’t out Alabama-ing or Georgia-ing anyone so why recruit the same type.

If schools can ever get any leverage back from the agents these incentive laden contracts really intrigue me. I love the idea where your compensation is based on your performance. If I was a school and a coach would agree I would make the contract even more lucrative because if the coach hits their numbers you’re going to reek the financial benefits as well.

As long as we have losers at the top, how can we ever expect to win? This whole mess just goes to show we still have losers at the top. They may may be new losers, but still losers. Never should have reached this level of failure.

We know Pruitt interviewed Jim Turner, but his past issues makes that hire doubtful.
Pruitt also interviewed University of Buffalo assistant Scott ***hs and North Dakota State offensive line coach AJ Blazek on Wednesday.

On the defensive line, Bo Davis is no longer an option. Davis has landed back at Texas. We believe that Pruitt has had some conversations with some friends of his who are defensive coaches but he hasn’t conducted any interviews with candidates on that side of the ball.
