i think that's part of the problem. i don't know that it would matter all that much who the coach was, outside a very select few, it was going to take longer than 2-3 years to fix this.

and if we change it again, it's probably still more than a 2-3 year fix once you factor in transfers and having to start over again in recruiting.

it is what it is at this point.
