Trump Supporters Gathering in D.C. - Mayor Readies for Those ‘Seeking Confrontation’

Whataboutism at its finest.

Trump's insurrection failed. Democracy wins. You... hold my beer, and find a seat at the back of the bus.
Hypocrisy for sure, plenty to go around but instead of owning it and moving on you double down and seize an opportunity to further enshrine yourself has a partisan stooge.

What happened yesterday was wrong, but no more right or wrong than what went on all summer.

All criminals should be treated the same. Peaceful protestors were not afforded the same respect as the mob that was breaking into the capital. The mob yesterday was given free reign to do as they pleased.
LOL, revisionist history to suit a narrative. People were allowed to loot burn and destroy all summer long.

Fixed. You claimed the same months ago but looks like you base your decisions on political affiliation. That's insane
During the summer you all told us destruction of property was violence but since they killed a Trump supporter you support it. That's insane

Served my time in hostile fire areas. Don't care to repeat the process if I do say so.

And I'm practical in my retirement. I'm not dressing up. I'm to that point in my life that such dress codes will require jeans and a Henley shirt. That's about as formal as I'll get with the local larp crowd.

Like I said, flipped the other way, war on democrats or whatever enemy of the day is against the right, you’d be for it.

Looks like she charged a guy with a gun. I'm betting he is absolutely law enforcement

You are not watching the same video that I am then. She was climbing through a window and a Karen in a suit stepped out of an office and executed her because he was scared. Not capital police, a man in a suit. Secret service does not shoot in this situation and the guy was shaking with fear. It was murder as this was not his home or business he owned.

I didn't say you did. I said your buddies did and you conventionally ignore then to call out mine.

6mos who it didn't matter how much. They just needed to die
I said it 6 months ago and I’ll say it now. Throwing bricks at cops in Chicago should have been met with deadly force. Forcing their way into government buildings and setting things on fire should have been met with deadly force. Attack on the capital should have been met with deadly force. Anyone attacking those situations should be assumed to have deadly intent and treated that way.
Yesterday could have been ugly if there was a nefarious plan. We were lucky there wasn’t one.

The gun was out before she climbed thru a broken window. If you believe random people are allowed to carry guns in that building then you're not thinking clearly

She was white so it ok
She was a Trump supporter so its even more ok

Whether you like it or not, there is a difference between breaking windows of a federal courthouse late at night while no one is inside versus storming inside the capital to forcibly stop congress from doing its job by potential violence. Law enforcement shot the woman to prevent a violent mob from getting into chambers where they might have intended to harm elected officials.

Both should be punished under the law, but they are quite different acts.

If there was deadly force yesterday the crowd at the Capitol would be 10x larger today

My question is who was on the other side of that wall possibly being protected by the man in the suit?

I'm more pissed about you all damaging people's personal business than I am some court house in POS Portland or DC
