I wondered that when one was seen with his weapon pointed toward the crowd, but that’s the only LEO I could see in the video. It may have been just him responding to having heard a shot fired.

It also takes a true idiot to be repeatedly warned over and over to not do something and yet do that exact thing anyway and not expect consequences. It's a tragedy that she died, but maybe listen to police when they say "Stop that illegal thing you are doing."
