We can't get out of our own way. No one has a more dysfunctional administration than UT.He is basically saying that things are crumbling behind the scenes with recruits and the parents of high level players are blowing up Fulmer trying to find out wth is going on. Says even a new coach will be set back for years if they don't quit screwing around and make a decision and announce it. Nothing that we don't already "know" but when Lowe starts saying it, it's getting bad.
Yeah I’m firmly on board that it’s not Pruitt, Jones, Dooley,Kiffin, or Fulmer we should be blaming..... its 100% on our administration......they are not cohesive and don’t know how to manage an athletic department. He is basically saying that things are crumbling behind the scenes with recruits and the parents of high level players are blowing up Fulmer trying to find out wth is going on. Tired of over paying for crap results. Coaches get every bit of the leverage. If his buyout was $12, we should have knocked on his door every day till it was paid, on principle aloneKind of petty on our part since he wasn’t going to be renewed. But I’m good with it! We’ve been on the receiving end way too often.
When an organization has been bad for this long and you're trying to figure out why, you look for a common denominator(s).We seriously need to clean out the entire AD and get rid of all the barely functioning idiots for people that know what the hell they are doing. We kill ourselves through self-sabotage.
Our boosters are dysfunctional, but I don't think that's it. There's more to the Athletic Department than the Athletic Director. I honestly think a lot of the dysfunction is there, and it doesn't help that Fulmer isn't really qualified for the job. When an organization has been bad for this long and you're trying to figure out why, you look for a common denominator(s).
Best as I can tell, the only common denominator appears to be the boosters.
I’m going to be on board with whoever they hire barring it being some disaster hire like Steele. If it’s Herman, Gus, Napier, Chadwell, Marrone, O’Brien, or someone like that, I’ll be fine with it
I recently saw an old hand drawn map that showed the post office over near the railroad track many, many years ago. There used to be a train depot over there. The old post office is close to that DV's auto repair/junk yard, on Raccoon Valley. It looks like a tiny house.
I went to ACHS. We lived on the Anderson County side of Chestnut Ridge Rd.
