No, it 100% a fox. Not only still pics but day time video. It's a red fox for sure.

I’ve seen mixed responses. I’ve got a buddy that any time he sees a fox he packs it up and heads home lol. It’s never happened to me personally. I know a lot of guys use fox urine as a scent blocker.

There's been a lot of people hurting for money this past year. Could it be poachers? We've got some land (5+ acres) near the Knox/Anderson Co line and there was a deer blind just outside our property line and a tree stand overlooking our field a couple of weeks ago.

I'm near the knox/ Anderson co line as well in heiskell.

I'm a bit leary of fox in the daytime, especially if they don't act scared of you. Good chance their rabid. My dad thought he was going to have to beat one to death with a gold club. Damn thing practically walked right up to him on a golf course in the middle of the day.

I'm a bit leary of fox in the daytime, especially if they don't act scared of you. Good chance their rabid. My dad thought he was going to have to beat one to death with a gold club. Damn thing practically walked right up to him on a golf course in the middle of the day.

If they don’t act scared is the key there. Usually fox will hunt during day or night, out of necessity. They’re opportunistic, plus they move a lot.

Real close. I grew up on Chestnut Ridge and still live within 5 miles of Heiskell. What direction are you from the 4 way at Heiskell Market? (If I was going West on Raccoon Valley and came to that 4 way which way from there?)

I've got deer out the arse every day on my property. Had 4 pt chowing down 20' from my back door today. He was purrty. Not sure what they eat exactly, but I must have a lot of it (acorns I assume). Only bad thing about it is one of my dogs is partial to deer poop...

Ok, if I'm understanding you, I've still got family around that area. I grew up within walking distance of where that pond is.

*I don't know a lot of people that's even heard of Heiskell. It was kind of cool seeing it pop up online. It's the little things. Lol
