Last season after Georgia state and BYU..... it was fire the gump....... win 8 in a row..... oh no, he is going to leave us for Alabama..... extension and start losing.... what the h$ll we’re thinking....... after bad season..... no way he will ever be able to win 8 games..... another program gives a coach that’s been fired twice.... had two 5 win seasons in two of the last three years a new contract and extension after a 5 win season.... that administration cares about winning and know me what it’s doing. LOL

Took a Syracuse team that had been worst in its conference for 5+ years and made them conference champions in year 4. If the current goal is to bring in a steady influence/right the ship/establish culture type hire, we could do a whole lot worse.

Personally, I would prefer Napier among the realistic options, but again, we could do much worse than Marrone.

Few months ago, was on their Discord too but it seemed like things weren't progressing very quickly.

I will say this though IF you have a good PC then that's for sure the best way to go about it. Emulating and playing there the gameplay is so much faster and the graphics look way better. Not sure they'll be able to duplicate that on the consoles, regardless of how much modding they handle since the hardware limitations will still be present.

I believe Powell is correct on time frame. We have an assistant coach on the hook but he needs an answer by Wednesday. If we don’t have any leaks of a hiring by Thursday then that probably tells us all we need to know. As for money, we have some boosters that have agreed to pony up money but each of them have stipulations on who they want hired. I’m not sure anyone behind the scenes can come to an agreement on who to hire or we would have probably seen a move made by now. The soap opera continues....

History is just that...history. It is in the past and has no implications to the future of this program now.

Heck, you worried about the Spanish Navy? Historically, the Spanish Armada was quite a fleet as well.
