Just watched the 1st quarter of the Florida / South Carolina game. Talk about ugly basketball.

Florida 3/19 from the field, 0-3 on threes, 7 turnovers.

SC 6/23 from the field, 0-3 on threes, 4 turnovers.

14-6 after one quarter.

Great game between Rutgers and Iowa.

Unfortunately my Scarlet Knights lost 90-84 in a high scoring affair.

Our superstar Guirantes was spectacular with 34 points.

Freshman sensation Caitlen Clark had 28 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and a freshman like 8 turnovers.

Still love my Rutgers.

That is a high scoring game. I see they allowed Iowa to shoot 61% from the field Holy Moly and 54.5% from 3pt range. That’s really good shooting

Rutgers didn’t shoot bad 29-60 but Iowa shot a blistering 30-49 👀

I can’t imagine that freshman’s game if she hadn’t had those typical freshman mistakes! Geez she is going to terrorize the Big 10 for years to come!

I've seen Ga, MSU, Fl and S. Caro today. IDK, but I didn't think any of them looked invincible. In fact, far from it. While there are teams that have elite talent, everyone is struggling with consistency which is helping negate some of that talent. The conference race is wide open.

Georgia obviously one of the teams inflated but the odd scheduling this season. They haven’t played anyone worth mentioning. Probably their toughest game was against Georgia Tech. No way are they an 81ppg team. Against better size and defense they are struggling to score. Yet again not getting much from their guards.

They are actually ahead of TN in the polls as far as receiving votes👀

Won’t be after today ... actually if the polls hold true TN might just move up by not playing 😂

Yes that’s all a mess this season. Really poor predictor for how good any given team actually is. I’m itching for us to get rolling in the SEC. Indiana could have just had an off night but they look really good so far in Big 10 play. Watched them today and their offense was great. Lots of interior passing, guard penetration and easy buckets. Looking back at our game against them we almost completely took that away.

Have not been impressed with some of the SEC teams today. Looking forward to Kentucky/Arkansas later. I think Arkansas will win by double digits.

Very true. but the more i think about it these polls are crap lol.

They made a nice comeback before losing by 7.

SEC is just a tough defensive conference. Every game is going to be a battle.

Add Kentucky and Arkansas to the list as well. It appears the regular season champion may have several losses this year.
