Again, it’s one thing to have expectations and demand on the field products.

There’s a reason Mullen, Gundy, and other proven names (Stoops) have ultimately said no to huge money offers... part of it is leadership not having a set vision and commitment...just see head brass turnover. The other part is how micromanaged the program is from a few senior boosters who respond to outside noise like a windsock

LOL! Gundy never wanted to leave OSU. Mullen would be our coach if he didn’t get the UF job. And when did we offer Stoops a bunch of money? Big coaches are only scared of our terrible administration. Fans are a reason coaches come.

Not calling BS, but link..... or how do you know that? If you're privy to that sort of info (and I've seen nothing from Wallace who broke the compliance investigation about a meeting,) what else have you got?

Not discrediting any “insiders” but in this particular situation common sense just needs to surface. Common sense says the investigation is still ongoing. If nothing major is found, Pruitt will be back. If something like level 1’s are found he won’t. When the investigation is done, University officials will make a statement of their findings either way.

Until then, Pruitt is the coach and it’s business as usual but as well there won’t be any assistant hirings until investigation is completed.

UF is without there four top receivers and two defensive players, one of whom is leading tackler ... it'll be an uphill climb to stop OU's offense and they may struggle to put up points.

I hope when I get home from church OU is beating them down.

As I've said many times on this board, if UF was playing the Taliban with HC Satan and OC Hitler and DC Stalin, I'd pull for the Taliban.

There is a part of me that respects the fact that Fulmer / Boyd / Plowman / etc didn’t bow down to fan anger.

I was fine with Pruitt being let go if a legitimate, P5 proven winner could replace him. I didn’t want to fire him and go through the ordeal of hiring the 5th person on our list.

You can call it stubbornness. You can try to blame it all on Fulmer and his ego / visions of grandeur. But the bottom line is that this is a decision made by multiple people, and they are clearly saying they are sticking with their convictions rather than pleasing the people.

I’m genuinely interested in seeing it play out. I always appreciate leadership not catering to the masses, but instead doing what they think is best and right.

Also, never forget, despite all the “insider info” floating on VN / TOS, none of us, NO ONE has as much information as the actual people in the decision making seats.

Dig in folks. Put your Orange on. Let’s see if these guys can turn the corner. I assure you of this, we all want them to win...

(With the exception of a few, who at this point would rather them fail just so they can say “I told you I was right”)
