Some rumors going around that South Carolina is targeting our S&C staff.

I am guessing they are available due to a head coaching change. Makes sense.

1. Manning does LOVE Adam Gase - was his OC in Denver and they hit it off and were on the same page from the jump. Manning is the reason Gase got his head coaching opportunities.

2. If UT is cutting ties with Pruitt then you would think it would be done by today - if not then why? The investigation? Maybe, but again, you would think if they were going to do it they would. Once a decision is made on these types of things, they don't drag them out.

I actually think this offseason will be short, if Pruitt is retained. We’re not going to care as much and we won’t be anxiously counting down to the start of next season. In fact, I think it’ll be the quickest offseason for most of us psychologically.

The waiting game is crazy to me IMO. If they are not waiting on the investigation then what?

If you keep him, you need a statement ASAP and start to work on all of the assistants. If you are firing him, then do it so you can start working on a new coach.

Heard multiple places there may be no news until this Wednesday 12/30..... have no idea if it was from credible sources though, think it was just Twitter rumors

They're interesting. Beat a top 10 Illinois team, but could only scrape by Liberty by 9 and Bradley by 1 most recently. They could either beat us by a couple or we may drub them.

Very tough test for first road game, IMO. Though, the impact of homecourt is probably lessened because of the smaller crowds. We have some good experience. I think we win by 8 or so.
