I disagree..... I feel the university wants to be successful...... they just suck at making it happen.Because you are very wrong. Changes are made when revenue falls. If there's still 95k at the end of Fulmers tenure he gets another year. Same for Dooley and Butch as well. An empty stadium is a message to the admins that fans don't like the product being put on the field. That is when change is made.
Buddy if what you are saying is true then why have we not fired a 3-7 coach already, you are not making any sense in your argument...Support them on TV? The ad revenue and TV viewership directly supports the AD while leaving the players without a home field advantage (one that our fans claim to be so proud of). Tack on the fact that no recruit wants to play for an empty stadium and we’re only actively adding to the damage done.
If Pruitt returns he’s gone based off of his on field results regardless of if the stadium is full or empty. So I ask you, what does not going to games achieve?
UT Admin/AD responses would be:
1) Blackburn burned bridges so he’s a No
2) UT won’t touch Freeze due to his past so he’s a No
3) Fans should revel in mediocrity
Exactly. Feel bad for the kids that fans make up stupid rumors like this. Guy started all year and did well but hey let’s run with a rumor to make life miserable. So he tweets out support for CJP on Christmas. Has been the face of the program. Has his hype video pinned as the first thing you see on his Twitter and some guy who knows a guy who’s close to the program says he’s gone.
I think I’m gonna to need more information before I start to think this might be possibly true.
nothing has changedIf Hubbs said it then that means they are really considering moving on from pruitt
