Very interesting Cat.

I remember reading some about data storage centers for a business IT class. I wonder why more aren't underground, specially for critical business, govt, and civic infrastructure.

Is it normal to have an important data center sitting exposed like that? Maybe that's a risk many still don't consider. There is espionage (corporate and foreign) but who expects something as blatant and public as this?

I’m sure I’m behind here. The outage map is nuts. My company in Louisville just advised of us intranet outages. I can’t wrap my head around the report gunshots beforehand. I personally did not hear any from the recordings Ive listened to/watched

So, uh, does anyone on here believe Pruitt has any chance whatsoever of turning this around next year?
Only one thing makes me think it's possible: players haven't totally jumped ship yet, and by all accounts still believe in him and want to play for him.

If Fulmer let's him wipe his own *ss/gets ousted, and the players buy in through spring and summer... they may play and coach with nothing to lose and turn it around.
I'm not saying I think that's going to happen, but that's the only way I think it CAN happen.

I believe there is a small chance. But he'd have to completely get away from his character to do it. He'd have to let Chaney actually have full reign of the offense and Bailey or Salter would have to be the next big thing at QB. That and if the defense can develop a pass rush among other things, he might could pull it off. But I ain't betting on it.

Optimistic that with a normal offseason, competent QB okay, hopefully an OL coach that gets the guys to play to their potential, and a deep RB room that we’ll turn it around.

He needs the QB to be a difference maker for him to have any shot

I believe it’s possible the defense takes a major leap with a full offseason. Offense still a problem. I don’t trust Chaney and he needs a QB to really elevate the offense. That RB room is about to be much better tho

Chaney sucks. He can take his 1980’s offense elsewhere. But whatever

He’s got talent to beat everybody but the big 3. But any coach that can fog up a mirror at Tennessee should be able to say that. And the guys play hard and love him. I have no faith in Chaney though. Something’s gotta give over on that side of the ball.

I think Chaney is fine. Not great but certainly not the problem.

Him and Pruitt just ain’t a good fit.

Pruitt has no business making the decisions at QB. He’s been terrible at it.

This is insane and scary that that much of their network can be put out just like that.

Yea, the word is the backup generators are supplied with natural gas so they had to shut that off to get things under control. Explains the 5-hr lag time for services to shut off... “delayed knee jerk” reaction... personally feels like a dry run. I don’t know.
