So, five SEC teams with losing records are going bowling in 2020 (assuming the games aren't canceled for covid-related reasons during the interim).
2-8 South Carolina (Gasparilla)
4-6 Kentucky (Gator)
3-7 Arkansas (Texas)
3-6 Tennessee (Liberty)
2-7 MissState (Armed Forces)
Meanwhile, 9-2 Army is left out due to the cancellation of their bowl game. One of these SEC teams needs to step up, work with the bowl sponsors to swap out for Army. I'd offer SoCar or Miss State, but I'm not an alum of either one. I'm a Tennessee alum. Tennessee, the volunteer state. I know that Fulmer is elated to have the practice/development time that a bowl provides, and he's probably pleased to have the TV exposure, BUT, UT has a chance to right a wrong, to be selfless, to be the better program and university (Fulmer is not listening/reading me, here). What say you, VN Zoners?
