Every level of collegiate football settles it on the field except the biggest one. Cut the BS about the importance of the regular season and bowls. Kids are opting out of the bowls, kids are opting out of the regular season. An expanded playoff makes every game important, it makes conference championships important.

Cut two gimme games
All 10 conference champions + 6 highest ranked at larges.
Settle it on the field.

Let them play in a bowl.

At one time I was my favorite sport but bama and Clemson are so much better it’s just not fun. I think bama’s 2nd string is Likey a top5-7 team in the country. 17.5 favorite in a playoff game is insane. And likely that line is too low. I would bet bama to cover that. They could very easily just destroy ND

It's quiet. Tennessee had COVID testing starting around noon. Pruitt and staff were on campus this morning. Pruitt is scheduled to go to Alabama for his grandfather's funeral. Tennessee is in meetings this afternoon regarding bowl destination.

Powers that be (chancellor, president Boyd others) are obviously talking about the on going investigation.

That's kind of where I am.

He writes negative pieces when we win. He also piles on the negativity when we don’t.

They’ve got a good QB, but so is everyone else around him. Makes a difference imo. We’ve got a long way to go, beginning to think we’re never going to get there
