I highly doubt he would leave another team after 1season. But if given the chance in the future I think he would jump on it in a heart beat. I think there is 0% chance he coaches here in the next few years

Bill O'Brien is a solid football coach but he has a massive ego and would not be a fit here. The wrap he gets for the Texans and trades is not all on him. That was while he was filling two roles (GM and HC). As a head coach of the Texans, he did pretty well.

Ole Miss is about to finalize a raise with Kiffin already as a play to keep him in Oxford. From what I'm hearing, it's highly unlikely that he's leaving and that OM is willing to match any offer made to him. FWIW, I have a house in Oxford where I spend about half the year. My dad and uncle are both mid-level boosters for OM.
