Parents doing steak and skrimp for Christmas Eve. Apparently the niece and nephew wanted that. I've trained them well. @vollygirl, I decided to buy my parents the instant meat thermometer as well. It's going to their house and I'm not telling you where they live. I gave my mom specific instructions not to open it when it arrives.
