There is no telling what they want for that building, all I know about it is it like an inch from being on my property. If you bought it we’d be close neighbors lol. So are they condemning the old Coalmont building?

@nicksjuzunk , have any recommended apps for workout plans? Looking for something for my 13 yo son to do when I’m not avail to help. He’s developed for a kid, 5’10, 175, but I want to keep him off heavier weights for now. Body weight, plyo, explosion til he developes a bit more. Appreciate any incite!
