Offeeshul Thread: So apparently we’re playing a game Sat - the Battle for the Cellar

Don’t stop. Execute. Play after play. If you score, you score. They’ll get there turn. Thwart them. Win by whatever margin, but win.

I know heading the ball is part of it but some sort or helmet needs to be added to soccer
We tried to get her to wear one, but she hated it. (And it wasn’t the ball, it was another player’s skull, lol.)

The weird thing about post-concussion syndrome is that you don’t know when it’s over. We tested her by having her try to head the ball. When she turned green and staggered, it was like Nope, not yet.

There have been a couple years with more fatalities from soccer than all other sports. It’s my understanding it’s from head to head collision trying to head the ball

Helmets for everyone as a requirement

Yes, but they haven’t figured out the visibility thing. Soccer is so fluid that peripheral vision is crucial.

Is it wrong that I wish Tennessee would try and block the extra point and knock the sheet out of Sarah Fuller I don't want her to get hurt just a welcome to football thing.
I kinda agree with you. True story. When I was a sophomore in HS, I asked the football coach if I could get a tryout. He said no, fast. Now, I’m glad he did.

But you might could have done it. Sarah Fuller was bigger than the "Longer kicker" she is probably tuff.
I wanted to and would have, even if I was 115 sopping wet and 5’4 at the time. Thank goodness the coach was kinda kind in his no. I’ve loved football since I was 9 and didn’t understand at the time that you have to have weight and size.

You’ve got to have some mass, that’s for sure.

I’m always amazed that point guards survive on the same court as seven-footers.

Wish you would have got a shot. And I am glad Sarah Fuller is a inspiration for girl's. I dated the star of women's soccer in high school and she was one of the coolest girls I ever been with. I looked her up a few years back and she has a girlfriend.

I hate it for you, but you dodged a bullet. You don’t want to be the person on the end of “you’re a great person, and the long buttttt”. I’m sure I’d been killed if I got that shot. Sure would have been fun to find out, the football team...No seriously, 16 year old Jenny would have, even if she would’ve carried a lot of bruises. I dodged a bullet also.
