There’s a lot of research about it when Tebow was trying to change his mechanics. He improved it a little after working out with some guy in Cali for a couple months but not a huge different

Also idk if you’ve seen the old show I think it’s called sports science on ESPN. But he said it’s almost impossible and showed the “science” behind it and how many reps it would take to change muscle memory

Let's be honest, that Velus' catch and run really makes Bailey's stats look superior to Shrout. I'm not saying HB shouldn't be the guy, but we have to acknowledge that.

How many awful picks did HB throw?

Lol at anyone who thinks Pruitt can get it done here. Mizzou in their first year look well coached and playing hard. Tired of hearing anything about Fulmer or others still saying we are building. Real coaches have you competing in year three. If Pruitt said this was a five year rebuild then he just wanted $4 million for five years before heading back to Bama.

Man, you gotta just give it up because Pruitt is gonna be our head coach next year. Just accept it and try to enjoy something else in your life.

We need more Jabari Small! Liked what we saw from Beckwith as well. I really hope we use him as a true athlete. Use him as an RB and in the passing game out wide and as a TE. He can be so good for us.

Found the video. There’s also articles about it too. iirc he supposedly changed/worked on his motion again before joining the jets and this was before that time. So he could have improved it at that time but as the video shows it’s doubtful
