Serious question do you think someone from above told Pruitt to just move on from JG or he’d lose his job? Pruitt acts so weird when talking about him. Someone asked why Shrout didn’t play more and his only answer was “we were playing another QB” I think it’s funny that now he’s changed his mind and is “playing for the future” should have at minimum been doing that since the bye week.

HB is the starter. HB reads coverages well, especially for a true freshman. Shrout throws a tight, pro ball. However, he doesn't read coverages particularly well and is less mobile than HB. HB throws a more catchable ball, his completion percentage will always be higher than Shrout. He zips it when he needs to and gives it more touch the rest of the time. He will get better on the long ball - needs more air under it.

Cooper and HB doing the man hug after the game said a lot. The QB and his C have to be tight. Cooper will be a leader on that line in the future. Give him another off season to train and he will be special.

AP legit had a quote in the VQ game thread tonight. That he told Pruitt him trotting out JG was why fans turned so quickly. So id guess he's heard it from a few places.

If Pruitt is coming back Fulmer should force him to replace Chaney at the very least. He needs to go take Briles from Arkansas or get a Lebby or someone like that

We need more Jabari Small! Liked what we saw from Beckwith as well. I really hope we use him as a true athlete. Use him as an RB and in the passing game out wide and as a TE. He can be so good for us.
