I actually thought that might be the caseRandom thought: I watched the replay of the roughing the kicker. Notice how football kickers’ legs follow through to where they’re pointing almost straight up. Then watch Sarah Fuller’s kick, where her foot stays low. Soccer keepers do that because they have to regain balance almost immediately in case the kick is blocked. It looks weird, but there’s a reason for it.
She led her team to win SEC soccer. I can assure you that she’s been plenty battered. Is it wrong that I wish Tennessee would try and block the extra point and knock the sheet out of Sarah Fuller I don't want her to get hurt just a welcome to football thing.

I know heading the ball is part of it but some sort or helmet needs to be added to soccerShe led her team to win SEC soccer. I can assure you that she’s been plenty battered.
My other daughter had 5-6 concussions in soccer, including post-concussion syndrome that lasted almost a year. That’s why she chose not to play college soccer. She played sweep and was 6’ tall by tenth grade. Other teams took her out: she’d go up to head the ball and an opponent would go up as she came down, knocking her head. We’ve been in quite a few ER’s in the south and Midwest for CT’s of the head.
