I never subscribe to the theory that one lost class can set you back 4 years if you fire a coach and go through a search Bc i think the right hire trumps that .... but i believe it about two classes. This years class is already on thin ice... I don’t see how you can bring him back and try to convince enough quality kids he’s the future in hopes of a top 10 class
I was just looking at our class. Im thinking we end up with 2-3 more de commits.

That would be fine with high-level donors. Neyland upgrades are planned to improve the gameday experience for those in lower-priced seating.

They’re going to be wasting a ton of cash on empty seats when they could be using it to bring a winner in here. I’m just fine on them old cold @$$ aluminum bleachers -in a cold drizzle even- as long as I’m watching a good Tennessee Volunteer team. I’d say there’s at least 105,000 others out there that would agree with me.

Again, there are zero reasons to keep him. It’s not hyperbole lol

Possibly. The question is will any of those be the guys we actually care about? The only two that stress me atm are McGhee and Lewis, and if it comes out that Lewis really does have a problem with hitting women, that one doesn't really bother me.

100% agree on Lewis. I. thinking more of the 3* will be processed out if Pruitt is trying the transfer market. We may end up with a class of 18-20

The only lesson that should be learned from the Barnes hire is it pays to fire a coach as soon as possible. Tyndall was a joke.
I think another lesson learned, or confirmed, is that we fans don't have much more than a clue who will succeed as hc. When Barnes was hired most here thought that at best he was a meh hire. Many thought it was a bad hire. And that only changed 2 seasons ago, some still don't want him.

Lmao...that might be the dumbest idea ever!!! How about hiring a real coach!!! And the game day experience will take of itself !!!
