All looked like fantastic coaches at one point and now are scrap heap coaches

I’m really concerned any of these up and comers will be the same for us, though they could be the next big thing. I just want to hire Hugh Freeze and enjoy the ride

I keep waiting for AV to follow up the comment he made about pulling rabbits and stars aligning on recruiting... our recruiting is falling off a cliff right now and not a single person wants Pruitt here a second longer than he has to be... I believe he also was very positive about staff changes.. we'll see how that shakes out.

I did the math on PJ Fleck just in case anyone is interested...
If he leaves before Dec 31st... UM would be owed 10 million...
If he leaves after Dec 31... it drops to 4.5 million

That would be a looooong 11 days if Pruitt is fired on the 20th... worth waiting to save 5.5 million though

Harbaugh will be a good coach again. Many schools will hire much worse while he’s available, UT being one of em.

It's a gamble that we can't afford to take. If we already had a winner here I wouldn't hate going that route. But man. We need somebody that will have us prepared to play our best football on Saturdays in the SEC. Freeze is the only one that's proven he can do that. And he's right there!

Dooley was 17-20 at La Tech. He was never a coordinator either. Napier did it at two P5 schools and he set records at Clemson.
