Question: Why aren't judges recognizing these affidavits, and taking steps to rectify any wrong-doings?

I mean, Giuliani and company are batting - 1 for 40-something? Further, the written findings of most of the courts have been absolutely blistering. Why is that?

That is a very good question that I would love to have answered. I mean they aren't really even looking at the evidence in a lot of cases.

I guess what it comes down to is at least in theory we're discussing coaches for the same team. I don't have to agree with who you might want as the coach but if it winds up being your choice I'll be pulling for him because it's still my team. I hope you're right that Biden/Harris is at least no worse. The problem is that many, including apparently you, believe that to be otherwise simply isn't possible. Whether it turns out to be wrong in practice I can't say yet but I can absolutely, positively state it's possible to be worse than Trump once you get past the tweets, etc.

It's far more than just the tweets. There can be no better example than the current election nonsense.
