It is not a talent issue. We just aren’t getting enough out of the talent. And good players aren’t performing well.

People want all kinds of stuff. I want a million dollars to fall down my chimney. The fact of the matter is the administration wants to win like I want 5 dollars off my next oil change.

It would be cool, but it isn't worth the effort to fill out the form to get the coupon to make it happen.

Even in pop Warner, you go in with a game plan, and the opposing team shows something else, you draw up a new play on the white board and run with the adjustment.
This totally makes sense as to why we suck coming out of halftime. We’re still doing stuff the opposing team has totally adjusted to 🤣🤮

Has to work hard with the limitations he has at Coastal but he's used to it because of his path there


Sounds like a very personable guy, I just don't know if he can make it here. But he's better than what we have now.

Nobody is asking for him to win the East. We are asking for him to beat Arky, UK and not get blown out by a billion in other games.

They want to win, like I want a root canal. Its expensive so put it off as long as possible.

When we "hired" Schiano record at Rutgers 68-67. Chadwell record at Coastal Carolina is 18-16. I would say Rutgers was a harder rebuild because the Big East was much better competition than the Sunbelt.

Schiano had NFL experience. Schiano had coordinator experience at a major D1 program that won a National Championship. The Sunbelt is the best football that Chadwell has ever coached or even played in. What connections does Chadwell have to assistant coaches?
