it never fails. I know he turns off a lot of people but it’s one of the main reason i want Fleck. The dude DEMANDS buy in and culture. He gets compared to butch Bc of clips the things he says... but the way he runs his programs are almost identical to the way Urban Meyer does. Just in a less mass murderer style way.

He’s a fan, just not as diehard as other boosters. Dish/Sling commercials tend to have UT football somewhere in them.

He’s also extremely frugal. You can see that with how he runs Dish.

He use to bring his teams here to Salem for the Stagg Bowl, good coach

There is zero reason for keeping him. There is no momentum. There is no reason for optimism. If the defense was good then I could see it. But the defense which is his forte is atrocious. He is done. Postponing it is only going to make it worse

Yeah a coach needs more time when you see steady upward progress. That could involve things other than the win/loss record. There is nothing positive to say about this program currently other than the face Pruitt implemented a program that allowed two players the opportunity for a second chance. Other than that, I just don't see this program having any upward trend.

It's unrealistic for us to be winning the East in 3 years from where we were starting with Pruitt. Progression is a slow build because you have to start winning and put talent in the league to get enough top tier talent to compete for Championships.

There is just no positive momentum around the program at all currently. I don't know what moves can be done to give anyone confidence that things will change and players will be motivated to put in the work during the offseason to get better.
