Yes. And assuming he worked here for 9 months, that would have UT owing him $843,750. Add on any buyout you will have to pay if the new hire is somewhere else under contract. Add on any salary difference of that new hire +/-. This has the potential to cost UT over $1 Million. for a damn DL coach. They paid him over 100K more than they were paying Rocker. They have no choice because people don't trust they are going to be here long so we are over paying the living hell out of these coaches.

Which makes no sense. Here we are as average fans willing to pay thousands of dollars on donations for and season tickets, hotels, gas, concessions, apparel, etc. and someone that has that much money not wanting to help.

Do it anyway, I'm going to as soon as my contract is up this summer. I'm sick of their blackouts and threats to raise prices. I'm done with DISH, if he supported UT I might consider it though.

I find that incredibly unlikely.

The Haslams like patsies. They insert people with little name recognition or reputation of their own so they will be loyal to them and easily controllable.

IIRC he doesn't like attention and is a pretty private guy
