2020 Presidential Race

No, the data is suspicious. Its not just crazy uncle Rudy waving his arms around. That said, all these allegations need to be PROVEN. And to do that they need to be in court. I have heard from Trumps team. I want to hear from the board of elections, Dominion, etc why these allegations are NOT right and a believable explanation for these allegations of fraud and the enormous data anomalies. Not just dismissing things saying they didnt happen but in a court of law, under threat of perjury and in legal jeopardy.

I think if the public got that, many could accept a Biden presidency, even if they did not want it. Republicans hated the idea of Obama's winning but they all accepted it.

The Texas case, however, even if won, will not address the claims of fraud at all - though it will make it more difficult to do so in the future.

Except for the whole birther thing many kept trying to push to delegitimize him. Particularly from one loud mouthed reality TV star.

They also cried fraud in 2012 too. Targeting black neighbor hoods in Philadelphia back then as well (Republicans looked into it and found nothing). Less so in 08 since it was coming off the Bush disaster and the GOP was just looking to regroup.

As has been pointed out over and over. Trump called the 2016 Iowa Caucus rigged because he lost. He was calling the 2016 election rigged until he won. He was calling this election rigged months before voting even began. He even said the Emmy’s were rigged.

Trump tried to prove fraud denied him the pop vote in 2016 and came up empty handed.
They’ve yet to be able to convince a single judge their “evidence” and binder of affidavits has any merit. Even his cronies Bill Barr has come up empty handed.

At what point do you have to take a step back and acknowledge there was not widespread fraud that swung this election.

I think there are about 1,000 signed affidavits. A lot of folks thought they saw a lot of stuff. I guess they were all delusional.

How many of those are claiming things like “I felt intimidated” or “That guys body language at the computer seemed fishy” or “I (thought) I saw x” but under scrutiny it turns out they just didn’t understand what they saw was normal.

For example, last week’s bombshell of “suitcases under the table” turned out to be completely legit ballot bags that the observers and media watched people fill while sitting at that table the entire day. But it was purposely presented by Team Trump as if they magically appeared from thin air. Then people on social media run with it not understanding what they are seeing.

These observers aren’t trained professionals. They are partisan volunteers who have been listening to Trump cry fraud for months before the elections. Many probably went into this looking for what the wanted to see and not understanding what they were actually seeing.

Came to the realization that there are literally just a handful of people on the PF that continue to spout this nonsense that the election was rigged, and that Trump won. It feels like there are more, because they literally post their bogus crap nonstop. But in reality, they are nothing more than a small minority of the overall public.

Equally striking is their universal response to the most obvious question at hand: What actual proof is there that shows election fraud? Their response: Crickets. Complete silence. Zilch. Nada.

It's also telling that a high percentage of these prolific posters are new to the PF. Political noobs, if you will. They seem largely ignorant of existing political machinations and processes in place. They generally even appear to fail to grasp the basic concepts of governmental checks and balances.

In sum, all evidence points to the fact that there is simply a small number of remaining "rigged election" holdouts. They are mostly undereducated, ignorant, obstinate and unwilling to accept reality. Willing to blindly follow the ass right in front of them - right off a cliff.

In a word: lemmings.

In my experience, some hard lessons are never taught. They must be learned through mistakes made. On a smaller scale here, SEE: QAnon forum, and the fools there that now realize they've been duped - literally for years.

I sincerely hope the Biden President-Elect deniers join reality sooner than later... but in the meantime, the entertainment value is priceless.

Carry on, lemmings. The cliff's right over there...

I feel let down. All that and you really didn’t say sh!t. Regurgitated crap that has been said over and over.

And, if magic joe becomes President, he’ll be the president. So, ok

They also cried fraud in 2012 too.
Specifically, Trump called for America not to accept Obama's victory.

Donald Trump's 2012 Election Tweetstorm Resurfaces as Popular and Electoral Vote Appear Divided

As has been pointed out over and over. Trump called the 2016 Iowa Caucus rigged because he lost.
I forgot about that.

"Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!" Trump wrote on Twitter at the time.

He also wrote, "Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified."

Cruz was the clear victor for the Republican Iowa caucus in 2016, as he defeated Trump by three percentage points.
He's just a pathetic loser. Rinse, repeat.

Trump has longstanding history of calling elections 'rigged' if he doesn’t like the results

That's people that care about there constitution and they care about America but you see all that and still think Biden won when he couldn't fill a high school but he gets more votes then Obama Biden who lost to Mondale who lost the 84 election and only won one state but he is more popular than Obama. No cheating here even though the DNC has no credibility.
still trying to equate rally attendance with the vote. It’s really just creepy cult stuff.

I can't wait for the Commie Slut to raise corporate taxes to 28%. Gonna be awesome watching those jobs that Mr Trump brought back (That Zero said weren't coming back) leave once again for China.

Prepare to be thoroughly disappointed, Trumpsters. SCOTUS will reject this case outright. There will be no oral arguments, no hearing, no Ted Cruz making a further ass of himself. NADA.

Put a fork in Donnie. The only "BIG ONE" that's coming is his ketchup-smothered steak cardiac arrest.

He done.

Reality sets in...

"The last of the four lawsuits filed by President Donald Trump’s former lawyer Sidney Powell bit the dust late Wednesday in Wisconsin, where a federal judge noted that voters choose who goes to the White House in the United States.

Federal judges do not appoint the president in this country,” U.S. District Judge Pamela Pepper wrote in a 45-page ruling. “One wonders why the plaintiffs came to federal court and asked a federal judge to do so. After a week of sometimes odd and often harried litigation, the court is no closer to answering the ‘why.’ But this federal court has no authority or jurisdiction to grant the relief the remaining plaintiff seeks.”

The decision fell hours after a similar decision by a federal judge in Arizona, who found Powell’s claims of voter fraud entirely unsupported.

“Not only have Plaintiffs failed to provide the Court with factual support for their extraordinary claims, but they have wholly failed to establish that they have standing for the Court to consider them,” U.S. District Judge Diane Joyce Humetewa said. “Allegations that find favor in the public sphere of gossip and innuendo cannot be a substitute for earnest pleadings and procedure in federal court. They most certainly cannot be the basis for upending Arizona’s 2020 General Election.

Lawyers' group calls for disciplining Trump legal team over 'dangerous' fraud allegations

Tribe and more than 1,000 current and former attorneys, retired judges and justices, law professors, former bar association presidents and concerned citizens have signed an open letter calling on bar associations to disavow the Trump campaign attorneys’ conduct, and on disciplinary authorities to investigate, the advocacy group Lawyers Defending American Democracy announced this week.

“A license to practice law is not a license to lie to the public on behalf of a client, whether doing so endangers one individual or the entire body politic,” the letter says. “American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct 4.1(a) and 8.4(c) put lawyers at risk of sanctions for engaging in dishonesty, deceit and misrepresentation — in or out of court.”

The group calls out Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, his campaign’s senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis, and lawyers Victoria Toensing, Sidney Powell and Joseph diGenova. DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said during a broadcast interview that Christopher Krebs, the administration’s election security director who was fired by Trump for denying that the Nov. 3 election was tainted by fraud, should be “taken out at dawn and shot.”

Krebs has sued diGenova and the Trump campaign, accusing them of defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. DiGenova has described his comments as “hyperbole in a political discourse.”
