I think he ran before that. When @OGbabyaviVol showed up driniking his coffee, HE GONE!!Don't even go there. You ran like a little scared kitten when you heard I was on the way.
I'm actually looking into this as well. Since I have been working from home due to Covid, I have explored doing this on the side. I'm more open to doing fix/flip type deals until I have a large capital reserve, and then maybe exploring multi family units. I agree about the amazon books. Seem over inflated. Ideally, I would eventually generate enough income to surpass my current job.Anyone invest in real estate?
Noob here. I have a full time career but at 43 -it’s been on my mind to come up with second streams of income and real estate seems a way to go.
Anyone have any book recommendations or other resources to consider? Mainly thinking rentals more than flips - but open to both.
Edit: I’ve looked at REI books on Amazon but there’s tons of them and they all have suspiciously highs ratings - like they’re fake reviews. So not sure which one to look into.
love the black.Got my kitchen finished Saturday. It was an ordeal but happy with the result. Next step is the flooring, I don't know if I will have enough time...
