Damn black market ****. That's why we must legalize to be able to test it. I have always been against vaping because you just dont know what's in it. Prayers for your son. A friend of mines son died from taking a percocet that had fentanyl in it a few months back. It is a terrible drug they need to go after in full force, comes directly from China.Good morning VN,
Took me a while to get to the point where I could share this.
My 18 year old son has now been in drug rehab for 2 weeks. He started vaping, then graduated to vapes with THC. 4 days before my birthday, he fell down our stairs because he was too stoned. He was unable to even be coherent. Scared me to death. Took him to the nearest ER, he was okay once he cleared. Was stoned again on my birthday. Then swore to his counselor and myself that he was done (having a drug buy already set up for that same day.)
He agreed that he had a problem when I did a urine drug screen and it came back positive for nicotine, THC, Benzodiazepines, Tramadol, and Fentanyl. I did believe him when he said that he was only vaping. He realized that the vapes were being juiced by the dealers with stronger stuff.
He will hopefully come home a week from tomorrow. I am praying that he will understand how dangerous his activities were and that addiction is a lifelong issue.
If I could ask for prayers for his safe return and future, I would greatly appreciate it.
My children are my world, I think that he agreed to go to rehab because I told him that he was literally killing me. He could see the truth of that in my eyes.
Thank you very much VolNation.
As much as I want Chaney and Pruitt gone, this is so likely out of context. I doubt they would be mad if he made a good decision and throw. That is too over the top to really believe.I do not. Word is he made a throw in practice that JG could not make, the result was a long TD. Chaney was not happy that he made the play.
I’m sure this is the case. But my point in bringing it up is that players make plays. We recruited players that we believe have the ability to make game changing plays, and when our QB does that, he shouldn’t be scolded to go the safe route. The throw was there, he took it, and made a play our 5th year QB couldn’t make.As much as I want Chaney and Pruitt gone, this is so likely out of context. I doubt they would be mad if he made a good decision and throw. That is too over the top to really believe.
Just because you make a throw and it ends in a TD doesn't mean it was a good decision. That is being results-oriented. I believe these coaches, especially Pruitt from his words, are correctly process-oriented. I mean you can throw into triple coverage and end with a lucky TD. Doesn't make it a good decision.
Just my guess. I want these cats gone yesterday but this telling of the story, second third whatever hand, is too far fetched even for me.
