Where do you stand on Healthcare?

How do you feel about the healthcare currently provided in the US?

  • It’s perfect the way it is. No changes necessary.

  • I like our system but it needs some tweaking.

  • I like the idea of our system but it has gotten much too expensive and needs major reform.

  • I think the format for providing healthcare is flawed and it needs rebuilt from the ground up.

ACA was a patch on an already **** system so of course it wasn’t gong to help much. Hilarious though you bitch about the ACA but costs were already rising before that. Medicare for all is completely different from ACA.
Look Albert. What you’re dancing around is selling the cost of a program that covers everybody without everybody paying the cost. Those actually paying are going to wind up paying more and getting less. But you can’t actually acknowledge that or you’ve lost the debate. This is where Bernie’s and Warrens Medicare for All got roasted, unrealistic and misrepresented individual cost estimates.

What is my net out of pocket cost? Go look up the roasting of Bernie’s plan. You continue to ignore out of pocket costs and just say “but look at what I’m saving” yes just like when my wife buys a new handbag.

Oh and no. My healthcare cost was fairly stable before the ACA sky rocketed the cost. That’s another BS point you libs deflect from on this

But muh wife’s handbag. You can’t come up with an actual point so you use a metaphor that doesn’t apply. Post it then if Bernie’s plan had such ridiculous costs. It’s an actual fact that costs have been rising so good luck disputing that.

I’ve provided a valid point. And it’s an actual fact my own costs had stabilized before the ACA. I’ve continually pointed to cost which you’ve ignored. My metaphor is just mocking your idiot “logic”

Here ya go. An actual cost estimate.

Clearly not when plenty of studies compare the US to other comparable countries, especially when we pay the most.

Please link these studies that show our results vs other countries. And leave out the ones that are comparing personal life choices.

Costs immediately went up 50-75% after ACA went into effect.

If single payer or Medicare for all would save so much why are the tax rates in Europe where they barely even fund their militaries so much high?

What he’s doing is the same old idiot line. Selling the savings while ignoring the cost of ownership of the program that tax payers are on the hook for.

If Medicare for All was truly as cost advantaged as he’s selling we’d already have it.

No because idiot republicans peddle the big bad socialism line and they wouldn’t vote for it.

Yes because why would we compare it to Somalia or Yemen.

I’m “peddling” the cost line and you’re ignoring it like socialists always do since they have no answer for it.

So which countries are comparable to the US? Don’t bring me any small azz country and say here you go either .

So the Republican slanted one you posted references the same group Mercantus that said it would provide 2 trillion in savings, which is the highest cost estimates referenced in there.

Which countries fund a program for 350M people specifically and what percentage of revenue does it cost

He / they can’t come up with one that’s not a communist state , controlled by the government and dictated to the people what they will and won’t get as they see fit .That’s why I always get a laugh when they say other comparable countries .

The “Republican group” is the only one presented this far covering program costs and youre still playing the idiot handbag cost savings game.

You are deflecting over and over and over...

Wahhh you just proved your own point wrong by providing a Republican piece that references a group that says it saves money. Nice try though.

OMFG you really are this dense! What is the damn program cost of ownership!! You idiot libs really think cost is free!!!

A program that saves $2T on the back end but results in net out of pocket expenses over several thousand a year more by each tax payer is dead on arrival. We don’t care how much cheaper you got your handbag for

Those are the same links OHvol posted and every metric measured except for cancer is personal choices. And when you look at cancer survival we beat the world hands down.

When your prescription costs are too high or you cant afford treatments for preventive care, it’s not personal choice.
