Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

Give him what he can handle. If gray continues to average 8 yards a rush or whatever I dont mind feeding him.

But why not show off what we/he can do. Need to do something to revitalize the team/fans/recruits.
Btw, how are your parents?

I'm on Autoship with them. Our cats are spoiled and Fancy Feast seems to be made of unobtanium around here since covid.

Mine have a thing for Fancy Feast and Purina One dry food - particularity the Vibrant Maturity in Purina One.

I was going to leave E.TN to go to Florida on Sunday after watching Tenn Saturday on tv. Okay, everything going well until Dish TV and whoever owns our CBS affiliate (WJHL Johnson City) get in a pissing contest over a contract renewal, and Dish takes my only CBS station off the air. So, no CBS, and I check on Tenn/ Fl game network, and it's on CBS of course.

Anyway, I shouldn't leave to get to Fl before the game because my birthday and our anniversary are both this week. So, I have stayed home until after the birthday/anniversary, and now can't see the game. The way around that is to get in the car, drive to the house in NC mountains where I have Spectrum cable, and watch the game in NC Saturday, and go back to TN Sunday. This will set back my Florida trip a couple of days. .
Get an antenna. It’s free

The contract dispute is temporary. They will get it worked out. My wife bought some kind of digital indoor antenna that picked up 4 channels, but not the CBS affiliate. Our house is in the woods surrounded by tall hills.

I saw that scroll on WJHL.
Has it already been done then? I thought it took effect later.
Edit: Happy BD and anniversary

No WJHL as of this morning. I am now in NC. Spectrum cable has WJHL over here.
We live in Sullivan, but we're about 3-4 miles from Washington County (Rock Springs/Double Springs area). I think Washington County has Comcast or whatever that's called now. Does Greene County offer Spectrum? I'm just curious.
I think you said in another thread your family was from SWVA and I work in SWVA and know that a lot of people over there are on Dish because Spectrum's not over there.
Where in SWVA are your family roots?

If Pruitt starts JG at this point in the season with no way to salvage, JG definitely has nudes of CJP.

Ah ok - I understand. I put a passive antenna in the attic about 6 years ago - get about 30 channels (about half are HD) in Knoxville.

EZ HD TV Antenna Best small long range antenna.

They are saying the same thing over here in the Memphis area. Memphis TV stations are telling people about the Dish Network contract dispute. They do this stuff every couple of years to scare customers. They get the contracts worked out and then just pass along the big price increase to the consumer.

I had Comcast for years, but we built a house in an area they did not service, so had to get a dish (Dish network), and Century Link for internet. Roots from both Sperryville in Northern Virginia and a small now non-existent mining camp of Roda , near Appalachia Va. Both my dad's and mother's family in Greene County for 100 years and over 200 years, respectively. Dad born in Roda Virginia in 1909.
