Son’s basketball game canceled. So I am going but he is not. Wants to stay healthy so he can hopefully play soon plus we suck. I will go and maybe see Bailey do well. I feel like our chances to win is about the same as I felt GA State would win. Well, we see how that turned out so who knows.

I hate it for your son that his joy of UT football has dwindled. My wife and in laws have been shocked this year at how much I don’t care. I used to never miss games and would always get upset. Once I start to get upset now, I turn it off or I just don’t watch the game anymore. It’s sad what is starting to happen at this program. This will be the first year I haven’t given anything to UT since I graduated college.

Well, to be fair, we were all being pretty silly about the idea Florida State or Alabama (in a couple years) might come after him.

Also any coach showing a semblance of momentum gets an extension after year two. It’s stupid, but it’s the game.
